A guitar player since the age of eight, it made sense for me to apply my writing experience to the world of guitars. That’s taken a number of forms over the years, from writing web copy and creating blogs for companies and individuals to contributing articles in major magazines.
Things have expanded beyond writing over time, and I now provide some additional photography, video, design and audio production services to regular clients in the industry.
In 2020, I created Meet the Makers, a series of documentary shorts on guitar builders, produced by myself and the incredible Just Trek for Guitar.com in 2020/21. The opening episode featured among the site’s most watched videos of the year.
Guitar Blah Blah is my podcast covering all things guitar and music related. Originally started as a daily podcast, I recently shifted to a more production-heavy, interview-based style.
I’ve provided audio production services on a range of projects in the guitar industry, and I now offer podcast production services more broadly. My first of such podcasts, exploring subjects in performance psychology with Dr. Chris Hartley, will be releasing shortly.
